Refund
Policy Agreement
This
Refund Policy Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and
conditions regarding refunds for services provided by Streamers Host
("Company") to its clients ("Client"). By using the
services provided by the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the
terms outlined in this Agreement in conjunction with the Terms of Service
Agreement.
§
Refund
Eligibility
Refunds
are eligible for consideration under the following circumstances:
Service
Downtime: Refunds may be issued if the Company fails to provide the agreed-upon
services due to technical failures or system downtime, excluding any scheduled
maintenance.
Service
Interruptions: Refunds may be considered in the event of prolonged service
interruptions beyond a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the Company.
Unsatisfactory
Service: Refunds may be granted if the Client is dissatisfied with the quality
of service provided by the Company, subject to review and approval.
Any
good or service provided by the Company can be refunded with approval from the
Company as long as the Client has not violated any rules within our Terms of
Service or other documentation.
Refunds
will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Violation
of Terms: If the Client violates the Terms of Service Agreement, they forfeit
their eligibility for a refund on any services provided by the Company.
Third-party
Actions: The Company is not responsible for issues arising from actions or
decisions made by third-party entities or services.
Partial
Usage: Refunds will not be issued for partial usage of services by the Client within
a billing cycle.

Refund
Procedure
To
request a refund, the Client must submit a refund request in writing to the
Company's support team within thirty [30] days of experiencing the issue for
which the refund is being requested.
The
refund request must include:
Detailed
explanation of the issue experienced.
Relevant
account information.
Any
supporting documentation or evidence.
The
Company will review the refund request and may request additional information
from the Client if necessary.
Refunds
will be processed within thirty [30] business days of the approval date of the
refund by the Company.
§
Refund
Disbursement
Approved
refunds will be disbursed using the original payment method used by the Client
for the initial purchase.
The
Company reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of credits for future
services at its discretion.
§
Dispute
Resolution
In
the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to
attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation and discussion.
If
a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may seek legal
recourse as outlined in the Terms of Service Agreement.
§
Amendment
and Termination
The
Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy Agreement at
any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon
posting on the Company's website.
Termination
of this Agreement will not affect the rights and obligations accrued before
termination.
§
Pro-Rate
Credit Policy
In
the event of service downtime exceeding 45 minutes within a billing cycle, the
Client may be eligible for a pro-rated credit toward future services.
The
pro-rate credit amount will be calculated as follows:
Credit Amount
= (monthly service fee) x (days without service/days in the month) the credit
will be rounded to the nearest half-day or 12-hour period.
By
acknowledging the Terms of Service Agreement, the Client also agrees to the
terms outlined in this Refund Policy Agreement.
