copyrighted material without proper authorization from the individual, group,
or other legal owner of said copyrighted material.
Harassment
and Abuse: Using the service to harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise harm
others, including engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or any form of
abusive conduct.
Network
Disruption: Conducting activities that disrupt, damage, or interfere with
our network or services, such as DDoS attacks, spreading malware, or excessive
bandwidth usage. This includes any activity not listed above that is considered
unlawful or negatively affects our networks or services ability to perform to
company standards.
Unauthorized
Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts,
data, our network infrastructure, or any other data not expressly owned by the
user.
Impersonation:
Misrepresenting oneself or one's affiliation with any individual or entity.
Resource
Abuse: Engaging in activities that disproportionately consume network
resources, affecting the performance or availability of our services to others.
Fraudulent
Activities: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including payment fraud,
account takeover, identity theft, or other unlawful activities.
Offensive
Content: Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is obscene,
offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Responsibilities

Security: Maintaining the security of their account information and not
sharing login credentials with others. Users should employ strong passwords and
enable two-factor authentication where available.
Incident

Respectful

bandwidth usage or resource consumption.

terminated due to AUP violations. Fees will be detailed in the user's account

notified of content removal and provided with an explanation.

activities to ensure compliance with this AUP. Monitoring will be conducted in
